Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin

The position

Was your childhood filled with getting in trouble because an idea would pop into your head and you just had to give it a go? Was the house filled with broken things because you could not resist the urge to learn how they worked? Are you driven by learning, giving things a go, and producing a better solution

Then we need you.

Because when you are working with technology and solutions that have only just come on the market you need to be able to take what you do know, then dive off the deep end to work out what you don’t.

Do you have previous experience with Azure B2C? Are you passionate about authentication and all things related to AAD? Do you spin up your own labs to try out new exciting functionality?

We are looking for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our growing Data and Integration team. You will use your previous knowledge and experience with Azure AD, Azure B2C and RestAPI, to deliver solutions that push boundaries beyond what has been done before. If you have experience in other IAM solutions such as Okta, Amazon Cognito etc., we will use that too, but it is essential that you are comfortable and relish working in a low code/no code environment.

About Inde

At Inde we select the most appropriate tools and platforms to match our customers and their needs. We do not offer out of the box solutions. We keep our internal systems simple and agile so that we are not constrained by processes and procedures. We offer a customer-focused, across team approach to ensure we deliver the best possible solution to address the customers key problems.

We work in a fast-paced environment but with a team that genuinely cares about your success. Within or across teams it is commonplace to share ideas and ask for help. Knowledge is widely shared, and collaboration is encouraged.

This culture has not arisen by chance. It exists because Inde has always put its values in the middle of every decision it makes. From who we hire, to what customers we choose. From what solutions we propose, to our deliberately developmental culture or the fact that we are employee-owned.

Our values

Outcome focused: We strive to understand our customers' businesses, their environment, and the outcomes they need to succeed. We approach our work from the customer's perspective and prioritise results. The solutions we offer are designed and created specifically to meet the needs of each customer.

Specialists: We are a skilled team committed to being and staying the best in our fields. We use the collective knowledge in the team to understand a problem and offer a whole solution based on our customers business needs.

There for each other: We willingly share our time and knowledge to support each other; we share the workload and ownership, even when a mistake is made. We help each other learn and grow. We treat each other with trust and respect; we're friends and look after each other.

Willing to learn: We want to be the best. We value learning and we are committed to it. We share our knowledge and learn through our work with the support of each other. Our collaboration and our learning are not limited by the team we're in, there are no barriers or limitations on our growth.

Taking ownership: We take responsibility for solutions from start to finish. We're proactive, we use our initiative to step up and get things done. We take pride in our work. We own, communicate, learn from, and fix our mistakes.

These five values are the basis for every decision we make at Inde, including who we hire. So, if they excite you, and they describe you, you may be just the person we are looking for.
