We are looking for Junior Engineers who can deliver great customer experiences to our Managed Services clients. This will involve monitoring devices, answering customer phone enquires, initial troubleshooting, calling customer sites and working with their in-house IT teams.
Our managed services team interacts continually with all of our specialist teams and is the perfect way to see which direction you would like to steer your career.
We are looking for someone who is excited about enterprise IT, who has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, is a master of problem solving and who has copious amounts of initiative. Ideally, you will have, or be working towards, a qualification, (although you may be able to demonstrate your love of learning in a different way) and some help desk experience would be great but not essential.
