With an impressive 19-year career in the IT industry throughout the UK and New Zealand, Jo started off in the military as a Communications Systems Engineer and continued to grow her expertise as a specialist in Cloud technology. Her passion lies in information and data management, with a particular interest in solving complex data management challenges. Holding Microsoft certifications in information protection and data loss prevention and currently undergoing a Diploma in Records and Information Management, Jo is committed to safeguarding critical data and ensuring robust information security practices. Outside of work, Jo enjoys hiking, sports, and rugby. These days, Jo is more often found behind a whistle as a referee rather than on the field as a player, bringing the same dedication and precision to officiating as to her IT career.
