DELIVERY MANAGEMENT

After relocating to Christchurch from the UK in 2010 with his wife and two children, Steve has established himself in the IT industry and is pleased to consider New Zealand his home. Steve began his career as a software developer and has accumulated over 35 years of experience working for end-user and supplier organizations in the insurance, energy, and finance sectors, acquiring a diverse set of skills in project, program, and portfolio management along the way. In 2022, Steve joined the Inde team with the aim of supporting the various teams and ensuring that the company delivers excellent outcomes for its customers every time. He focuses on Delivery Management, which encompasses all aspects of the business, from Small Work Delivery to Project and Program Management, Portfolio Management, and Consultancy. Steve is dedicated to Inde's customers and ensures that all parties are content with their results. Currently, Steve is in the process of building a team of Delivery Management experts who collaborate closely with the technical teams and Inde's customers to provide exceptional service. While Steve's children are beginning to leave the nest and spread their wings, he remains family oriented. Fortunately, his black Labrador, Hobbes, has stepped up to fill his cup, with Steve and his wife frequently spending their weekends walking on the beach and repeatedly tossing balls into the ocean for Hobbes to retrieve. When time allows, Steve enjoys cycling on the roads of the Port Hills, always making sure to stop for a cup of coffee.

Sophie worked in Project Management office for a number of major banks in the UK before moving to New Zealand to manage a large Data Management System migration for a city council. After more than a decade of Project managing IT infrastructure projects across a host of different organisations in New Zealand and the UK, Sophie's key specialisms are managing migration projects, with a special interest in Change management and communications. In her personal time, Sophie channels her 'active relaxing' and drive to succeed into improvements to the small lifestyle block she owns with her husband, where they are endeavouring to become self sufficient (ask her about her solar panels!)

After building his project management career in Malaysia and across the APAC region delivering complex technology and transformation initiatives, Nimal relocated to New Zealand in 2017 to further grow his career. Since then, he has broadened his expertise, briefly returning to hands-on technical work before refocusing on project management. Nimal brings experience across government, telecommunications, financial services, and large-scale enterprise IT. His work spans infrastructure and network refresh programs, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity initiatives, often in complex, multi-vendor, and geographically distributed environments. He is known for his pragmatic, delivery-focused approach, combining strong planning and governance with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities. His experience covers the full delivery lifecycle, with a particular strength in bridging business and technology stakeholders. Outside of work, Nimal is family-oriented and values time spent with his loved ones. When he’s not working, he enjoys the simple things—good coffee, the occasional Cassels Milk Stout, and following football (especially Liverpool FC). He has a long-standing interest in science fiction across books, television, and film, and makes time for exercise and meditation. He also enjoys thoughtful conversations, particularly those that challenge his own perspectives and broaden his thinking.

Maria joined Inde in 2023 and was quickly promoted to Senior Project Manager based on her ability to deliver complex projects successfully. She thrives on bringing order to chaos, which probably explains her love of Lego as well.

Katrina joined the team as our Project Coordinator in October 2025 and thrives on delivering for customers whether managing her own projects or supporting larger programmes of work.
