He works across telecommunications, enterprise, corporate, and government sectors, helping organisations modernise and future-proof their connectivity.

Jeremy is a network architect with over 20 years in the IT industry. He loves working with clients to figure out what they really need, turning those ideas into solid network designs, and seeing the final solution come to life. Jeremy enjoys creating systems that are reliable, scalable, and genuinely useful for the people who rely on them.

Ben is a Principal Network Specialist with extensive experience designing and delivering modern network and cloud connectivity solutions. He works closely with organisations to translate complex technical requirements into practical, scalable architectures that support real business outcomes. His expertise spans enterprise networking, SD-WAN, wireless, and cloud networking platforms such as Microsoft Azure, with experience delivering projects across sectors including retail, local government, healthcare, and agriculture. At Inde, Ben works closely with customers and engineering teams to design and implement robust network platforms that enable secure, scalable connectivity across on-premises and cloud environments. Outside of work, Ben enjoys writing and recording music, hiking, and getting curious how things work.

Dan is an experienced IT specialist known for diagnosing and resolving complex technical challenges across modern enterprise environments. With a strong background in network engineering, and end‑to‑end problem solving, Dan brings a calm, analytical approach to issues that demand accuracy and swift resolution. He is recognized for his ability to bridge the gap between technology and business needs- translating technical problems into clear solutions that enhance performance, reliability, and user experience. Whether optimising infrastructure, troubleshooting mission‑critical systems, or guiding colleagues through technical roadblocks, Dan consistently delivers outcomes that reduce risk and improve operational efficiency. Driven by curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement, Dan stays current with emerging technologies and best practices, ensuring that the organizations he supports are prepared for the evolving demands of the modern IT landscape.

Mark has over four years of experience working across a variety of network environments, beginning his career in Managed Services supporting network operability. He later moved into a Network Engineer role, driven by a passion for designing and developing modern customer networks. He focuses on building environments that meet today’s requirements while supporting long‑term scalability and ease of management. His experience ranges from resolving complex branch‑site connectivity issues to leading full network refresh projects. Through this work, Mark has consistently contributed to improving customer experience and network reliability.

Patrick is a network specialist based in Auckland with extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure. He works with organisations across the enterprise, retail, and utilities sectors to deliver reliable, scalable networking solutions spanning switching, wireless, cloud networking, and network architecture. Patrick provides consulting, design, and operational support for complex customer environments, helping organisations modernise and optimise their network platforms. With certifications across leading technologies including Palo Alto, Aruba, Cisco, and Microsoft Azure, he combines deep technical expertise with practical consulting experience to deliver well-architected network solutions that support evolving business needs.
