After moving to New Zealand with his family in 2019, he joined Inde and is now a Principal Architect – Data Intelligence and Architecture. Outside of work, Preston enjoys hanging around with his kids and keeping his Siberian Huskies entertained.

Tam Duran is a Principal Data Engineer with over 15 years of experience building stable, scalable data platforms across education, government, and industry. She bridges strategy and execution, blending deep technical capability with a clear communication style that keeps both technical and non technical teams on the same page. Tam has a knack for tackling complex data challenges, picking up new tech quickly, and championing solutions that genuinely support business outcomes. Indira Bandari is a distinguished Data Architect at Inde Technology and an 8-time Microsoft Data Platform MVP with over 20 years of experience in designing enterprise-level analytical solutions. With a Master’s degree in Statistics and deep expertise across Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure AI, she excels at transforming complex business requirements into robust, data-driven architectures for global corporations and government bodies alike. Indira translates complex technological capabilities into strategic business assets, ensuring that organisations can navigate the evolving AI landscape with confidence. Rather than taking the laboratory route, he moved into technology, building experience across operations, analytics and Business Intelligence before establishing himself in the data and AI space. With more than a decade of experience, Matthew has developed deep expertise across data architecture, analytics, business intelligence and automation, with a particular focus on Microsoft's data and AI platforms. As Technical Director of Data Architecture and Intelligence at Inde, he works with organisations to design modern data platforms, unlock insights and deliver practical solutions that create real business value. Known for combining strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise, Matthew enjoys helping clients navigate complex data challenges and transform data into a genuine organisational asset. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He's also a sports enthusiast, musician, and occasional professional football writer when life permits.
