We’re now looking for a Technical Director – AI, Automation and Integration in Auckland to lead the creation of intelligent, integrated solutions that genuinely change how our customers work. Candidates in Christchurch will also be considered.

This is a role for someone who wants the freedom to create, and who wants to design, build and scale AI‑driven solutions, not just talk about them, and who enjoys turning emerging technology into practical outcomes for complex, enterprise environments.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a team that design, build and deploy AI‑driven solutions that remove friction, automate complexity, and unlock new ways of working for customers.
  • Create and scale a business centred on evolving AI solutions, from strategy through to delivery.
  • Be a trusted strategic partner to customers, bringing deep technical insight, experiment with new ideas and create innovation.
  • Foster a positive, innovative culture where ideas are encouraged and acted on.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to identify and secure new opportunities.
  • Shape and deliver a growth strategy aligned with Inde’s wider vision.
