We’re looking for a GM Product to join our senior leadership team in a key strategic role.
This role will take ownership of Inde’s procurement and licensing capability; shaping strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring we deliver commercially strong, customer-led outcomes.
You’ll work closely with the wider leadership team, customers, and technical specialists to define and evolve our offerings in line with market needs and Inde’s growth strategy.
We're looking for candidates based in either Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington or Dunedin.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Setting the procurement and licensing solutions direction and turning strategy into clear priorities

Building and refining repeatable offerings that solve real customer problems

Working with customers to identify opportunities and shape them into deliverable solutions

Leading cross-functional teams to design and scope high-quality solutions

Partnering with vendors and suppliers to strengthen product capability and market position

Owning the commercials, including pricing, packaging, and ensuring work is profitable

Driving a healthy pipeline of product-led opportunities alongside the leadership team

Leading, coaching, and growing a team of procurement and licensing specialists

Improving how things are done - processes, consistency, and delivery quality

Acting as a trusted advisor to customers, helping shape their technology direction
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Proven procurement, client supply, and leadership experience and demonstrated success within an IT Channel/MSP environment

Deep understanding of the IT Channel - vendor ecosystems, distribution models and partner programmes

Established vendor and partner relationships across ANZ

Significant experience working with enterprise customers in complex environments

Strong strategic thinking and a demonstrated high degree of commercial acumen

Ability to translate customer needs into scalable, innovative offerings

Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills

Track record of leading and developing high-performing teams

A passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning
