Join Inde’s AI, Automation, & Integration team in  Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch and collaborate with a talented group of specialists to design and deliver innovative integration and automation solutions for our enterprise customers. Reporting to the AI & Data Technical Director, you will have the opportunity to work in a cloud-first environment, solving real-world business problems with both code and low-code tools. We keep our processes agile – rather than offering off-the-shelf answers, you’ll have the autonomy to craft customer-focused solutions that address each client’s unique needs. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build cutting-edge integration & automation solutions using your expertise and the support of your team. You’ll connect systems and streamline processes to create tangible business outcomes.

  • Implement AI‑enabled solutions such as intelligent document processing, AI‑assisted search, chatbots, and workflow augmentation using Azure AI services.

  • Consult and collaborate with a diverse range of enterprise customers – from gathering requirements to designing and implementing the right technical solutions that turn their needs into reality.

  • Take on challenging projects that push you to learn and grow. Continuous learning is part of our culture: we invest time and resources in training, certifications, and personal development every week.

  • Work in a supportive, cross-functional team environment where knowledge-sharing, coaching and collective problem-solving are the norm. You’ll both draw on your team’s knowledge and contribute to upskilling others.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Integrations bringing together separate systems to solve customer problems 

  • Knowledge of automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency

  • Low-code / No-code integration frameworks

  • Programming & scripting skills, including competency with PowerShell scripting and TypeScript React

  • Suitable vendor cloud automation offerings (E.g. Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Service Bus, Power Apps, Power Platform, AWS Step Functions, Lambda, Boomi, etc.)

  • Experience with Azure AI services (including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence, AI Foundry), implementation of AI-driven automation solutions, and chatbot development.

  • DevOps operations and CI/CD frameworks   

  • Connector and API Management, working across various data sources

  • Consulting with customers on options and features required to meet business needs

  • Designing and presenting solutions and scopes of work to customers

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to conduct research into issues

  • The ability to communicate complex topics in audience-appropriate detail and terminology

  • Self-motivated, able to prioritise tasks

  • Previous experience in a professional services environment is highly desirable
