Due to internal promotions, we are looking for two Managed Services engineers to join our talented managed services team.

These roles are all about delivering great customer experiences, providing expert problem‑solving for Inde’s managed services customers and supporting our specialist teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Deliver responsive, high‑quality technical support that helps customers resolve issues and achieve great outcomes
  • Use strong problem‑solving skills and team knowledge to diagnose, escalate, and resolve support requests
  • Learn continuously through hands‑on work, training, and certification pathways to build technical capability
  • Take ownership of assigned work end‑to‑end, ensuring clear communication, quality documentation, and timely delivery
