To support an exciting new phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager in Auckland to join our dynamic Delivery Management team.

You'll play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of critical projects, working alongside a team of technical specialists to transform some of New Zealand’s largest enterprises through innovative solutions.  

We're looking for candidates based in Auckland as the role is likely to involve you occasionally working at a customer site in the Auckland region, however, candidates in Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin will also be considered. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines and budgets

  • Lead and coordinate a project team, delegating tasks and monitoring progress

  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues and implementing remediation strategies as needed

  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders and technical specialists to ensure alignment and satisfaction

  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the Programme & Project Management industry

  • Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in tools and techniques such as Agile, Scrum and Prince2

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and negotiate

  • Ability to think strategically, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience
