Ralf is driven by his favourite saying “the power of the collective” and is focussed on building and leading our managed services business. Driven by our company strategy to become a full end-to-end IT partner for our customers, Ralf continues to innovate and lead with dedication. Ralf has over 25 years of experience in IT in New Zealand and his native Netherlands. With a working history including outdoor education and high school PE teaching, Ralf brings passion and enthusiasm to everything he does. Finding his calling in IT, Ralf directs that passion into being an expert, unlocking the talent around him with the aim to drive great customer outcomes. Outside of work, Ralf enjoys exploring New Zealand with his family, playing the drums, savouring wine, and passionately follows football.

Mark has 20+ years’ experience in the ICT industry across a broad range of technical, business development, and channel roles. With over 10 years at Microsoft in customer and partner-facing roles he has a deep understanding of the power and potential of technology to accelerate business outcomes for organisations, their employees, and customers. Having run and owned businesses inside and outside of the ICT industry Mark brings not only a deep understanding of technology solutions but significant real-world business experience and acumen to help customers. Outside of the office, you will find Mark seeking out the newest craft beer brewery or his favourite driving road.

Rusty has decades of experience in on-premises, private cloud, and public cloud architecture design, deployment planning, implementation, and management.  He has delivered infrastructure solutions for large-scale, distributed architectures in some of the most complex and demanding environments in the world, while engaging with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are met with pragmatic solutions.  More recently he has been working in the AI and automation space, helping customers gain efficiencies and insights.

Sam is a seasoned professional with a rich history in the IT industry, dating back to the era of dual floppy disk drives. His extensive experience has equipped him with a unique perspective and an uncanny ability to anticipate challenges and navigate through them. At Inde, Sam leverages his wealth of experience to provide strategic insights and guidance. He excels in foreseeing potential issues and proactively works towards drafting agreements that safeguard the interests of all parties involved. In addition to his strategic role, Sam also contributes to maintaining a positive and productive work environment. He takes pride in ensuring the smooth operation of everyday office tasks, including keeping the coffee machine well-stocked for the team. Outside of his professional life, Sam is an avid outdoors enthusiast. He enjoys running, hiking, and fishing. Despite his unassuming appearance, he embodies a spirit of adventure and a love for the great outdoors. His hobbies not only reflect his active lifestyle but also his appreciation for nature and the simple joys of life.
