Driven by our company strategy to become a full end-to-end IT partner for our customers, Ralf continues to innovate and lead with dedication. Ralf has over 25 years of experience in IT in New Zealand and his native Netherlands. With a working history including outdoor education and high school PE teaching, Ralf brings passion and enthusiasm to everything he does. Finding his calling in IT, Ralf directs that passion into being an expert, unlocking the talent around him with the aim to drive great customer outcomes. Outside of work, Ralf enjoys exploring New Zealand with his family, playing the drums, savouring wine, and passionately follows football.

As Technical Director of Data Intelligence and Architecture at Inde, Chris Beckett brings a decade of specialised experience in retail technology ecosystems spanning ecommerce, national infrastructure, and logistics. Chris has established himself as an authority in Data Platforms, Data Strategy, and Integration solutions, with particular expertise in implementing Microsoft Fabric across international environments. Chris is a Microsoft Certified Data Engineer who has successfully led complex data transformations, including the consolidation of three international brands into a unified data platform operating across six continents. His practical approach to technology implementation focuses on measurable business outcomes, having implemented predictive analytics solutions for workforce management that demonstrably reduced overstaffing while improving on-time delivery performance.

Unashamedly one-eyed, Greg is proud to be the Canterbury Regional Director at Inde. After returning from his OE in London, he found himself not only 20kg heavier, but also at the start of a technical testing career that lasted for the thick end of a decade – predominantly in finance, software development and managed network spaces. During the latter stages of this career phase Greg realised that he was far more motivated by seeing successful outcomes from his projects than he was by the ‘doing’ of the technology itself. It was then that he moved to the client focused, general management roles in which he has remained since. Greg loves the high trust culture that is fostered at Inde - ‘we only hire the best, and then get out of their way to let them deliver’. Being a fairly straight forward sort, the simplicity of Inde’s ‘Don’t take the piss’ rule resonates strongly with him and is one he often measures himself and the team against. While he is never going to don the red and black, Greg loves nothing more than the odd game of pretty much anything – and more so the beer and the yarns that are told afterwards. His fascination with the NBA has never translated to skills on the court, and he can often be found being schooled by his two sons at a local gym.

Once you get past the Scottish accent, you’ll find a rather passionate and fun loving individual with a background as a Business Development Manager, Client Relationship Manager, and Country Manager for a number of top New Zealand software and professional services companies. Tony has built a reputation for providing customers a pathway to success over the last 20 years since moving to Aotearoa. Based in Auckland, Tony’s current role sees him engage with IT leaders primarily across Australia and New Zealand identifying partnerships and developing relationships for the engagement of the Inde Technology team. With extensive experience in building customer success teams, Tony takes ownership of the customer journey at Inde striving to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional outcomes with his team. Apart from a couple of teenage sons keeping Tony busy, he is also spearheading the sale and delivery of projects and services in New Zealand, developing new markets in Europe and America as well as championing Inde's Australian presence. Outside of work, Tony enjoys sailing, supporting his beloved Partick Thistle and new found love of Auckland FC.
