Christchurch, 20 May 2026: Inde Technology has announced the appointment of Steve Hall as Service Delivery Manager, reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes through strong partnerships and specialist expertise.

Based in Auckland, Steve brings more than a decade of experience in service delivery and partner engagement across leading technology organisations including Spark Digital and Pax8 (Umbrellar). Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for client-focused leadership and helping organisations align technology services to meaningful business outcomes.

For Steve, the opportunity to join Inde was driven by the company’s employee-owned structure, New Zealand roots and strong outcome-focussed culture. “When I met the team, it was clear there was a strong focus on genuinely working alongside clients to help drive outcomes and create success for them. That really resonated with me.”

A strategic appointment to support client outcomes

As Service Delivery Manager, Steve will work closely with Inde’s Managed Services team and technical specialists to ensure clients receive proactive, high-quality support aligned to their business needs. His role will focus not only on service performance and delivery, but also on fostering long-term partnerships built on trust, collaboration and shared success. 

“What I enjoy most is building rapport with clients and becoming a trusted partner,” says Hall. “Great service delivery is about more than meeting commitments. It’s about understanding the client’s business, working alongside them when challenges arise and sharing accountability for successful outcomes over the long term.”

Steve says he is excited to contribute to Inde’s continued growth and further contribute to the company’s relationship-driven focus.

“One of the things I’ve noticed already is the calibre of people at Inde,” says Hall. “There’s a real humility and authenticity to the team. As Kiwis we don’t tend to oversell ourselves, but there’s a deep level of expertise and capability across the business. We know we’re good at what we do, and the focus is firmly on delivering great outcomes for clients.”
