Hayley brings 15 years of HR leadership experience to her role, with a strong passion for innovation and fostering high-performance cultures. Her areas of specialisation include strategic alignment, leadership development, and supporting teams to perform at their best. Inde’s values are a strong driving force behind her work, and she loves seeing these come to the forefront in everything we do. Hayley holds a Bachelor of Teaching and Learning (BTchLn) from the University of Canterbury.
Outside her role at Inde, Hayley enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. She loves going on camping adventures around the South Island and has mastered the art of creating an epic cheese platter—usually best enjoyed with a glass of New Zealand wine.
