His expertise enables him to help partner with and lead businesses through transformative strategies from conception to execution and is marked by roles such as Enterprise Solutions Architect and Business Development Manager, among others, encompassing significant stints at notable organisations like Fujitsu, Spark New Zealand, and NTT. Faron thrives on challenging the status quo, delivering solutions that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships.
Faron’s passion for technology is equally matched by his dedication to building and leading great teams to achieve personal and professional success. His approach in valuing people and building relationships is a philosophy that has enabled him to manage risks effectively and restore confidence amongst the most difficult of situations. Outside of Inde, Faron is an avid car enthusiast with a particular interest in 4WD and sports cars. He loves a good movie and cherishes spending quality time with his children.
