We’re looking for a Project Manager in Christchurch with mid-level experience to join our Delivery Management team and help deliver innovative, high-impact solutions to some of New Zealand’s largest enterprises. You’ll work alongside a talented group of technical specialists, driving transformation and creating real value for our clients.

As a Project Manager at Inde, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of complex, high-value IT projects. You’ll work closely with our customers and our technical teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure that every project milestone is met with precision and purpose.
You’ll also play a key role in building strong relationships—with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams—ensuring alignment, transparency, and shared success.

Key Responsibilities
Leading the end-to-end delivery of technology projects
Developing and managing detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules
Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring accountability
Identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and keeping delivery on track
Building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Continuously improving delivery processes and methodologies

We’re looking for someone who brings both expertise and a growth mindset to the table. Ideally, you’ll have:
Hands-on Project Management Experience. Experience leading projects of varying scope and complexity, with a track record of successful delivery.
Exceptional Interpersonal Skills. The ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through clear communication and trust.
Innovative Problem-Solving. A proactive, solutions-focused approach to navigating business challenges and identifying new opportunities.
Relevant Qualifications. A project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is highly advantageous and demonstrates your commitment to the craft.
A Passion for Growth. A strong desire to continuously learn, develop your skills, and grow within a dynamic and evolving role.
