Our vision at Inde is to be Australasia's leading provider of enterprise technology solutions. And with numerous industry awards and accolades from our trusted clients, we are well on track to achieving that goal. We are also growing at a considerable rate, and so to further support our vision we are looking for a Network Director to join our leadership team.

In order to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, we invest heavily in the development of our team of specialists so that they can achieve their career goals. Growing our people and providing the right solution for our customers are both of equal importance and are the why behind what we do.

We are led by our values, which form the basis for every decision we make at Inde, from how we work with clients, to how we treat each other.

You will be responsible for:

  • Actively participating in regular leadership and strategy meetings, developing and delivering a strategy for the Enterprise Networking team in alignment with Inde’s business strategy

This is a permanent, full-time role. Inde has offices in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin and we’re recruiting for this role in any of these locations.

What we are looking for

We’re looking for humble, hungry and smart people to join us and help support the achievement of our vision.

As Network Director you will need to know how to consult with customers, hear their needs, and lead a team to create the best possible solution. We use a collaborative, cross-functional team approach, so you will be working closely with specialists from across the organisation, including enterprise security, and cloud and compute. You will need strong relationship management skills, an understanding of consulting procedures and processes, as well as strategic leadership skills to direct a highly skilled group of specialists.

You’ll be passionate about growing the capability of your team in an environment where they can thrive and celebrate success.

What’s in it for you?

Flexibility is key at Inde. We offer a range of flexible working options, with the ability to work from home and the office in a supportive and collaborative work environment.

A share of the profits. Every role is valued at Inde; we recognise that everyone plays their part. It doesn’t matter whether you are in a leadership, technical, or support role; each quarter everyone receives a share of the company profits via our profit share scheme.

Continual learning. It's how we stay ahead of the curve. We are deliberately developmental, striving to get the best people and keep developing their skills so they stay the best. We take the approach of being a development house of IT professionals working towards a better future for our industry - we just happen to also sell IT services to fund that development. Everyone has their own personal development plan, and we ensure learning forms an essential part of your week. We invest heavily in upskilling our people by funding training, exams, and any resources needed to gain new certifications.

Autonomous decision-making. Due to our considerable growth, we can’t claim to be a small start-up anymore. But there were many things about the start-up days we loved. No bureaucracy. Things happened quickly. If you had an idea, and it was a good one you could just make it happen. So we created a way for our people to keep doing that. Ideas still need to be well thought out and you may need to consult with those who challenge you, but the ability to make a difference remains.

A competitive salary, an incentive bonus, plus added benefits such as health insurance and additional leave. We have excellent office spaces in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Dunedin and hold regular social events and celebrations every quarter.
