About the role

The key purpose of the Regional Client Director role is to create and develop new business opportunities, as well as owning and enhancing existing customer relationships within the Auckland region. You will work closely with the GM Client Outcomes and a team of dedicated Regional Client Directors to help build and maintain Inde’s revenue, brand, and position as a market-leading and outcome-focused enterprise technology solution provider.

You will be:

  • Developing and maintaining strategic long-term trusted relationships with key customers 
  • Developing proposals for new business and existing customers and managing contract renewals 
  • Developing and supporting the achievement of key objectives for our Client Outcomes team 
  • Collaborating with the Client Outcomes team to develop strategies in order to expand our market share and grow our existing customer base
  • Managing price negotiations on contract renewals, selling prices and margins 
  • Preparing sales plans, budgets and reports
  • Attending industry conferences and other marketing initiatives as required
  • Championing the company values & vision and creating a positive culture

For the Regional Client Director role, your capability will include:

  • Proven experience in a client director role or similar role 
  • Experience and achievement within the ICT sector
  • Ability to develop sales strategies & build capability 
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organisation
  • Ability to build & maintain lasting client partnerships
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
