Our vision at Inde is to be Australasia's leading provider of enterprise technology solutions. And with numerous industry awards and accolades from our trusted clients, we are well on track to achieving that goal. We are also growing at a considerable rate, and so to further support our vision we are looking for an exceptional Regional Client Director with a proven track record of building strong relationships at the most senior level.
Inde is a New Zealand employee-owned cloud-first provider of enterprise technology solutions. We differentiate ourselves by providing in-depth business solutions and specialist product knowledge to our customers, enabling us to maintain premium knowledge and remain focused. We are recognised as market leaders in Cloud, Networking particularly SD-WAN, Security, Application Delivery, Workspace and Integration.
We strive to consistently produce great results for customers, allowing them to get the best from their IT systems. We work predominately with large, well-known enterprise customers both nationally and internationally – providing consulting, services and support in our chosen specialist fields. These range from enterprise WAN/LAN networking to SD-WAN, Cloud & Compute architecture, Application & Desktop Delivery technologies, migration, support and specialist systems administration.
In order to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, we invest heavily in the development of our team of specialists so that they can achieve their career goals. Growing our people and providing the right solution for our customers are both of equal importance and are the why behind what we do.
We are led by our values, which form the basis for every decision we make at Inde, from how we work with clients, to how we treat each other.
The key purpose of the Regional Client Director role is to create and develop new business opportunities, as well as owning and enhancing existing customer relationships within the Auckland region. You will work closely with the GM Client Outcomes and a team of dedicated Regional Client Directors to help build and maintain Inde’s revenue, brand, and position as a market-leading and outcome-focused enterprise technology solution provider.
You will be:
This is a permanent, full-time role. However, as flexibility is key at Inde, we are always looking for talented people to join us who may want the ability to work reduced hours. Let us know in your application if you are seeking part-time hours.
We’re looking for humble, hungry and smart people to join us and help support the achievement of our vision.
For the Regional Client Director role, your capability will include:
A fantastic supportive and collaborative working environment. We offer a range of flexible working options, with the ability to work from home and the office under our hybrid-work model.
A share of the profits. Every role is valued at Inde; we recognise that everyone plays their part. It doesn’t matter whether you are in a leadership, technical, or support role; each quarter everyone receives a share of the company profits via our profit share scheme.
Continual learning. It's how we stay ahead of the curve. We are deliberately developmental, striving to get the best people and keep developing their skills so they stay the best. We take the approach of being a development house of IT professionals working towards a better future for our industry. We just happen to also sell IT services to fund that development. Everyone has their own personal development plan, and we ensure learning forms an essential part of your week. We invest heavily in upskilling our people by funding training, exams, and any resources needed to gain new certifications.
Autonomous decision making. Due to our considerable growth, we can’t claim to be a small start-up anymore. But there were many things about the start-up days we loved. No bureaucracy. Things happened quickly. If you had an idea, and it was a good one you could just make it happen. So we created a way for our people to keep doing that. Ideas still need to be well thought out and you may need to consult with those who challenge you, but the ability to make a difference remains.
A competitive salary, discretionary bonus, with added benefits such as health insurance and additional leave. We have excellent office spaces and hold regular social events and celebrations every quarter.
If Inde seems like the kind of place where you will thrive then apply via Seek with your resume and a cover letter prior to the closing date of Sunday 26 June 2022. Remember to tell us how you align with our values because they really are that important to us.
Note that we can only consider applications received via Seek.
