What we are looking for
You will need a passion for security, and the motivation to maintain a finger on the pulse of the fastest-moving area of IT. Always tinkering and learning, you are a security geek like us and proud. You will have strong critical thinking skills, previous experience in a SOC or MSP engineering team, a solid understanding of networking and Windows operating system fundamentals, and extensive knowledge of Office 365. Prior experience implementing and operating EDR platforms (e.g., Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike or SentinelOne) and the wider Defender suite is preferred. Similarly, a basic understanding of penetration testing and threat-hunting techniques and methodology is very desirable.
On top of this, you will be comfortable working in a client-focused role, possessing the ability to help customers make sense of complex problems. We work closely together. We are an eccentric bunch who are straight-up, hardworking, with a fondness for doughnuts. We are incredibly driven and are leaders in our field, and we love to pass our knowledge on to anyone we can.
